Hornblotton House is a private home. I was lucky enough to rent a room in the house when I lived there in 1997-2000. Consequently the view of the house (above) and the sunset (right) were taken from private land. The drive of the house approaches from the A37 and is directly aligned with Glastonbury Tor. The sun sets behind the Tor on Lammas Day (1st August) which, coincidently, is my birthday! It also sets behind on a day in May. I never got to see it as it was cloudy every time, but this is one of the best I saw, taken in May 1998.
