Model Railway in 2010
| Having moved away and into a small flat at the time there was no way the railway could move with me as it was nearly as big as the whole flat! So it had to stay in the loft. Over 20 years as each adventure accumulated its own detritus it also got put in the loft as I had nowhere of my own, permanent or large enough to store it. So with each successive episode the railway become steadily buried in all this accumulated junk and other useful stuff I had nowhere else to keep. Now I am back and, as far as I can tell, permanently. Having resurrected one of my other earlier hobbies with the acquisition of the telescope this remains the other major one. However I feel it will take a much bigger and longer effort to get all this working again! |
